Solution
KUNGFU.AI’s Strategy team led a 4 hour workshop with the 17-person Transformation Committee to educate the team on the art of the possible in artificial intelligence, discussing machine learning fundamentals, broad categories of use cases, and potential applications for the client.

After the deep-dive session with the Transformation Committee, KUNGFU.AI was able to distill the information gathered and ideas shared to form a cogent, 3-5 year machine learning roadmap for the client, closely associating the proposed projects with demonstrable business value and competitive differentiation markers.
