Joop has over 6 years of experience in recruiting and has led teams in both startup and agency environments. He focuses on building creative and inclusive recruiting strategies. Prior to KFAI, Joop led recruiting teams at Simplr and Brooksource. Joop received his B.A. in Psychology from Miami University.
